Solihull property consultancy Salway Bradbury has completed two deals, letting space at a prime office development in Hampton-in-Arden.
Gaming machines manufacturer JPM International has moved into 4,086 sq ft at Seymour House, Hampton Court, on a five-year, full repairing and insuring lease of the building, at an annual rental of £67,400.
The second new tenant is mobile optician Visioncall, which has taken a 2,740 sq ft ground-floor suite in Cleeves House, Hampton Court, on a 10-year lease, at an annual rental of £46,850.
Lease terms are full repairing and insuring, with a review at the end of the fifth year, according to Salway Bradbury and DTZ, who acted on behalf of the landlord, property investment company Pearl & Coutts.
JPM International has relocated its Birmingham head office from Birmingham Business Park. The company, which designs and manufactures gaming machines for sale to the UK and international markets, also has an office in Cardiff.
Visioncall, which belongs to Community Eye Care (UK), recently relocated 24 staff from premises on Warwick Road, Olton, as part of a programme of expansion.
Visionvcall's Rickey Pooran said: "We had been there since 2002, but the premises were just not adequate enough. Our speciality is delivering eye care to people who are housebound, and we concentrate at the moment on the elderly in care homes.
"It is vital, therefore, that our location has good access to the motorway system. We also wanted an attractive base, to help recruit quality staff, and car parking, and Hampton Court offered both."
