She said it was unrehearsed and that it was the first time she had kissed a woman. Would she do it again? "I hadn't kissed anyone in a long time," she responded, "so that should last me for a while." Britney told US TV's Access Hollywood that the kiss was Madonna's idea. "She threw it around a couple of times in rehearsals, but she just kind of said, 'You know, do what you feel, you know, in the performance. Just go with it and see what happens,"' Spears said. "And that's what happened. "We didn't know what was gonna go on so I kinda knew a little bit, but I didn't know to that extent that it was gonna be that long and stuff," Spears said. She was asked how her mother felt about the kiss. "Well, my mom liked it actually," she said. "I was really kind of nervous! I was like, Oh my god, my mom, she's gonna see this. "But no, she liked it. And my dad, weirdly enough he thought it was fine, too. "I mean, come on, it's Madonna," Spears said. "If you can kiss any girl in the world, that has to be her." :: Earlier this year, she hit the headlines when she married one of her teenage boyfriends in Las Vegas, reportedly after a drinking session. She had the marriage annulled less than 48 hours later.
 It was also reported that record bosses had delayed the release of her single Toxic while she went to see a booze detox expert at Alcoholics Anonymous. :: Audiences were shocked last week when she turned up the heat during her Glasgow date. Britney writhed around in a perspex bath wearing a catsuit while in the background explicit shots of sexual acts were shown. :: Her rubber outfits, from fetish company Chrome Hearts, are custom-made and can cost up to £8,000 a pop.

She has defended the video though, saying it is all about reincarnation. :: MTV in the US also moved her video for Toxic to a late-night viewing.
