Visited ONCE only. I have some food allergies, spoke to them at the time of booking, again when we ordered, but was ill for days later. Wrote to them, a positve letter, saying how much we had enjoyed the food, service etc., but highlighted the problem I had had, still no response a year on. Not good enough!!

The best. Enjoy a decadent glass of champagne in the sumptuous bar after a good days shopping or a special occasion in the bistro were service ,wine and food are always first class.

We always go to the HDV for special occasion meals - birthdays, etc. Love the menu, always have trouble deciding what we want to eat. Everything is so beautifully presented. The ambience in the Bistro is lovely, there's always a great buzz about the place. We think the wine list is excellent, it's so diverse and we don't think they are over-priced, either. The staff are delightful, always at pains to be of assistance. Just love going there. In fact, we've booked a table for two this coming Saturday! Can't wait!

Wine list - exceptional Decor - excellent Prices - on the high side Food - less than average Value for money - poor (unless you're just there for the wine - even then no more than 3 star). A very disappointing experience especially considering the hype.
