the food and srvice is great, and in a city starved of veggie restaurants a real treat, I can have anything off the menu! the setting is clean and adequate - hence the 4 stars not 5.

Being going there since they opened, as a vegan it's paradise but my meat eating friends love it too. A must for anyone looking for something a bit different.

Best vegetarian restaurant in the country! And best Birmingham curry house for impeccable service, wonderful menu, spotless napkins. Wonderful Hindi ambience.
Favourites are the house special masala dhosas: spicy potato-filled pancake, light and crispy, with a pepper and a coconut sauce. And try the pani puris as a starter, little crispy mouthfuls of tamarind delight!
Go early, they close around 9. But do go!!

I think Jyoti Rest. is one of the best restaurants i have ever visited. The food was scrumptous, and the service was very good. Definately a five star in my books.
