Glenn Hoddle today called for a change to the Molineux mentality as part of his blueprint for taking Wolves forward.
And he also hinted at changes among his back-room staff if he were to extend his contract.
"A few things have already been cleared away and put under the table, and hopefully that process might be finished by the middle of the week," he said. "Then we could start talking about a few of the people I want around me, and my own contract, which I'm sure isn't going to be a problem.
"There are good foundations to build on if I stay, I'm sure everyone can see that, but we would have to add to the squad and a lot is to do with what we can perhaps bring in and what we can't.
"I knew from the outside that Wolves is a big club, there's a fantastic fanbase with 27,000 turning up ever week, a good stadium and a new training ground.
