Councillors back NEC super-casino bid

BIRMINGHAM have this afternoon decided to back Solihull's bid for a super-casino at the NEC. The decision was taken despite an independent Birmingham Mail poll which revealed the majority of city residents were in favour of the Blues-backed bid which would have seen the development of the Birmingham Sports Village in Saltley. * For full reaction on this story see tomorrow's Birmingham Mail. * What do you think of the decision?
