Shirley print management company Etrinsic has announced the fourth renewal of its contract with Liverpool Victoria, the UK's largest friendly society.
This will take the commercial relationship between the two businesses to well over ten years.
Etrinsic handles the print, direct mail, production management, storage and distribution for the entire Liverpool Victoria Group.
Serving over 2.5 million members, the Society has a vast requirement for printed matter and, with the advent of greater regulation in the financial services sector, has a key need for optimum portfolio management. Operating an on-site account management team at Liverpool Victoria's Bournemouth HQ, in the last decade, Etrinsic has produced more than 19 million kg of printed matter.
They have mailed in excess of 200 million direct mail packs and developed a wide range of tailored reporting formats for the Society - all of which are now accessible online.
"As part of the latest contract extension, we have been elevated to official group supplier status," said Matt Bird, Etrinsic's Liverpool Victoria account director.
"We will continue to work closely with Liverpool Victoria to maximise the efficiency of the print procurement and management process. "
