Paul Merson today expressed faith in his Walsall players to find the elusive winning formula away from home.
The Saddlers, without a win in eight league and cup games on their travels this season, are on the threshold of a glut of away games.
They face three on the trot - four if they are drawn away when the FA Cup first round comes out of the hat this weekend.
Merson's men travel to Milton Keynes Dons on Saturday, then Cheltenham Town in the LDV Vans Trophy three days later before a visit to high-flying Hull on November 6.
If they are then away in the FA Cup, along with a visit to Stockport on November 27 it would be five out of six games outside Bescot Stadium. "I've had the lads together and told them not to feel under pressure away from home," Merson said. "The way we're playing the results will come. "Our last away performance at Wrexham was about as good as you could get. We just didn't get the breaks and we haven't had away from home all season. "But I've told the lads not to drop their heads and think it's not going to come. It will."
